Q. What time do the gates open and close?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Typically gates open Friday at 6pm; just double check with our Facebook posts that can be found on our home page. \u00a0Gates are locked approximately 8:00pm on Saturday nights and will re-open approximately 7:00am on Sunday. \u00a0Once again, just check with the Facebook posts that can be found through the link on our homepage.<\/p>\n

Q. Do you have water available at the track?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Yes, we have a water spicket located next to our concession stand. This is to only be used for filling tanks\/barrels. \u00a0Please do not wash your bike\/quad here.<\/p>\n

Q. Do you accept credit cards?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. At this time we are no longer accepting credit cards. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.<\/p>\n

Q. Is there a camping fee if we stay overnight? \u00a0Can we camp out on Friday night too?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Yes, camping is typically $10 per night for most events. Please check our Facebook post for each event for more details.<\/p>\n

Q. Where are you allowed to park in the facility?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Parking is permitted on any grassy area. \u00a0Absolutely no parking on graveled areas from concession stand to sign-up\/announcer tower. \u00a0These areas are reserved for staff and vendors only.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q. Is pit riding allowed in the facility?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Pit riding- is strictly forbidden! \u00a0However, racers heading to the starting line and back from their motos may ride in <\/span>FIRST GEAR ONLY<\/b> while wearing full gear to and from their pit area. \u00a0The speed limit under these conditions is <\/span>5 mph<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q. Are campfires permitted?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Small contained campfires are permitted; bonfires are <\/span>not<\/span>. \u00a0Please do not throw glass bottles into fire. You can purchase firewood down at the front gate area at most races and is on a first come first serve basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q. Are we allowed to have fireworks at the track?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Fireworks are\u00a0<\/span>absolutely forbidden!<\/b>\u00a0 This is a PA State Law and there will be zero tolerance. \u00a0If you are caught, you will be asked to leave with no refunds given.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q. Do you have a concession stand?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Yes. Concession stand hours on practice days will typically be from 8:00am-3:00pm and on hours on\u00a0<\/span>race days will be from 7:00am-4:00pm. Please note that the grill\/fryer\u00a0<\/span>will be turned off at approximately 2:30pm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Food available for sale in concession stand: Hot\/cold drinks, breakfast\/lunch, snacks, ice cream, and ice (available during concession hours).<\/span><\/p>\n

Q. Are pets allowed at the track?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Yes, pets are allowed…..just make sure that you have them leashed at all times and clean up after them.<\/p>\n

Q. Do you offer private track rentals?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A.\u00a0Please email us directly at hurricehillsmx@yahoo.com if you are interested in track rentals.<\/p>\n

Q. Do you offer any type of training programs\/motocross schools?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A.\u00a0Please see our schedule page for all of our yearly events.<\/p>\n

Q.\u00a0Can I rent a motorcycle and\/or ATV?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. Sorry but you must provide your own machine and equipment.<\/p>\n

Q.\u00a0What is the radio station to hear the the announcements if I cannot hear the PA system?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. The Hurricane Hills radio station is 90.7 on your FM dial.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q. Do I need an AMA card or District Card for the Open Practices?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

A. No, AMA cards are not needed for any motocross events held at our track. District cards are only required on race days (these are available at the sign-up tower on race days or you can find the links to purchase them ahead of time at the links below).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
